We were so impressed with the first experience of working with Maiva that we asked Matt to return to fix new coping stones and repoint brickwork above the garage. Matt and his team arrived on time and completed all work to a high standard and left everything clean and tidy. All of the team were very friendly and courteous and as well as fitting the guttering as agreed cleaned up the fascias all round. Highly recommended and we will use again.

Matt and the team did a great job of replacing the lead flashing around our vent pipe as squirrels had knawed holes in it, trying to get into the roof space! They also replaced 3 cracked tiles while up there and, because the finish of the tiles isn’t available anymore, they took 3 old ones from the back of the garage roof (which isn’t at all visible) to replace the cracked ones at the front, putting the new tiles out of site on the back of the garage. All this was done incredibly quickly and efficiently so thank you to Matt and the team!!
